This half and half dress comes with two different width straps, one of which has a button detail. The skirt section is made of scraps of silk that give it a rough shredded look. It also comes with a 3" wide belt to bring it in at the waist. Wear with leggings or skinny jeans! price is for dress only, does not include tights.
