100% Silk Charmeuse.
Draped long sleeved blouse with banded neckline with CB Tye in contrasted black Stretch Silk Charmeuse. The stretch silk around the collar adds more comfort and ease to this darling blouse. CF band in black stretch silk as well as the cuffs. Two-piece, inset sleeves with under arm panel in black stretch silk. Sleeve hemline has a belled puff with pleats giving additional volume to sleeve. Hemline is almost a tunic length sitting right along hip line or just below. Length allows for tucking and blossom above skirt waists.
