We will be happy to exchange any item you are not happy with within 30 days. All returns will be accepted for exchange only so long as tags are attached and the garment has not been altered or washed. To be eligible for exchange the item must shipped back to us within 30 days. Items sent for exchange within 30 days postmarked will be accepted. We must be informed of the return by email before shipping so that we can send you proper shipback instructions.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship a new garment(s) or credit note within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. there are no refunds - only exchanges.

NOTE: you must receive a return authorization number and get ship back instructions before sending articles back... this number must be included with the return.

All ship backs must be returned via post. We will not accept packages if there are any outstanding shipping charges...the package will be refused.

Mudshark Streetwear inventory is subject to availability for both initial purchases and exchanges. Should an item be noticed as unavailable for an exchange request or order we will then update the product to reflect the out of stock immediately. In such cases the exchange policy will still be in effect and we will keep your credit on file until your next inquiry or point of purchase/exchange.

You may also email us in advance to check on availability before placing your order, a customer service representative will be happy to help. Credit cards are never charged for any exchange difference until the purchase item is ready to ship.

Should you wish to use paypal for exchanges please email us in advance - we will send you a paypal request for the balance of the exchange.
